Cancellation•Deposit & No-Show Policy – ​​Maya Nail Studio We understand that unexpected events can occur, but to ensure fairness to our time and that of our clients, please review and adhere to the following policy: • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur additional fees. • Deposit: To secure your appointment, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking This deposit will be deducted from your total service cost and may be used for a one-time reschedule, approved only if the request is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. • Late Cancellations (Less than 48 Hours’ Notice): A fee of 50% of the service price will be charged. • No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the service price. • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10-15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a fee may apply. Este depósito se deducirá del costo total del servicio y podrá usarse para una re programación aprobada únicamente si la solicitud se realiza con al menos 48 horas de la cita ya programada. • Cancelaciones Tardías (Menos de 48 Horas): Se cobrará una tarifa del 50% del precio total del servicio. • No presentarse: Si no se presenta a su cita sin previo aviso, se le cobrará el 100% del precio del servicio. • Llegadas Tardías: Si llega más de 10-15 minutos tarde, es posible que su cita deba ser reprogramada y se podría aplicar una tarifa. ¡Gracias por entender y respetar nuestro tiempo!
